Dynamix is an energetic and innovative teambuilding company that is dedicated to enriching and enhancing the quality of your organization’s community. Our unique experiential learning programs are designed to meet the particular needs of any group.
Dynamix offers a variety of workshops to help empower participants with the necessary tools to successfully face day-to-day challenges. At its core, every Dynamix workshop is cooperative in nature, providing you with the added value of teambuilding with a twist!
We believe in a “learning by doing” philosophy, as supported by Dale’s Cone of Learning (see figure below). Following this philosophy, we lead groups through fun-filled and challenging activities. These activities will help the participants internalize the underlying messages, all the while, helping groups learn how to work better together and become more connected.

Based on over 10 years of experience of leading groups, we have developed a program with an extensive range of team building imaginative activities that spark creative energy, promote innovation, build solidarity, polish leadership skills and enrich communication proficiency.
